Request an RMA Number

Any item that is shipped to Walker Magnetics from a customer must be accompanied by an RMA Number. Click the link at the bottom of this page to request an RMA Number.

Processing Notes:

  1. Make sure to reference or attach a purchase order number and/or any special instructions.
  2. After submission, an RMA Number will be assigned and acknowledged to you authorizing equipment to be returned for repair, re-certification or credit.
  3. Please allow one week after return of the product for estimate of repair or re-certification costs.
