The BT Series Magnets by O. S. Walker is designed to meet the special material handling needs required in precision flame, plasma and laser cutting table operations. The BT Series Magnets will load plates and after burning, unload cut parts and skeletons in a single lift. After unloading, at the touch of a button, these BT magnets will separate and drop the skeleton from the cut parts. The cut parts, even those as small as 2 inches in diameter will be held by the BT Magnet.

Walker BT Series Magnets eliminate time consuming handling of grabs and chains when you load and unload jobs in your burning table operations. Unlike mechanical methods, magnetic handling allows you to clear cut parts, unload skeletons and reload with new plates quickly and efficiently. This eliminates costly idle machine time – a definite time savings advantage.

The BT Series is currently available in two sizes, 48 inches by 96 inches and 96 inches by 240 inches. The typical lifting capacity is 4 foot by 8 foot or 5 foot by 10 foot steel plate in 16 gauge to inches thick.
