Currently seeking highly motivated and dynamic individual with experience in the design of electro-mechanical equipment. Experience with finite element analysis, AutoCAD, welding code and structural design required. Experience w/ power transmission a plus.

Responsibilities include supporting, up-dating and value engineering existing products as well as the creation of bills of materials and detailed drawings to support the manufacture of new product. The successful candidate will have the ability to take specifications from customers or marketing and generate new concepts. From these concepts , designs will be created, costs will be estimated, and complete manufacturing documentation will be generated. This documentation will include all drawings required for manufacturing as well as test procedures and operation and maintenance manuals.

This position requires the candidate to possess good communication and problem solving skills together with solid engineering techniques to enable the candidate to perform testing and evaluation of product and systems.

Occasional travel to customer sites, both domestically and internationally, is required to perform commissioning and start-up of equipment.

Position requires candidate to climb stairs and ladders during field service activities.

This position reports to VP of Engineering and must work closely with sales and marketing, purchasing, manufacturing and vendors.

BSME or equivalent.

Currently seeking senior sales personnel with heavy industrial equipment experience.  Familiarity with Steel mills, Scrap processors, Equipment OEM's, Crane manufacturers or Industrial distributors is a requirement.  Prior success with magnetic equipment or Workholding, Material Handling or Magnetic Separation Equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities will include territory and account coverage and/or management for all aspects of sales prospecting, application definition, opportunity solicitation, negotiation and customer service.  The successful candidates will have the ability to discuss and help define the customers’ technical requirements and transmit them to the Engineering Department.  After the application engineering is complete, this individual will be primarily responsible for technical presentations and price negotiations with the customer.

Superior communication skills via phone, computer and face-to-face meetings are a necessity.

Travel is required.

Some physical ability to maneuver around mills, machine shops and scrap yards is necessary.
